Honey was a guest character that appeared in episode 13 "Honey, robot exchange-student"
Honey is a robot that's like a human, but she's an old model, and she uses up a LOT of energy.

By no coincidence, upon Honey's arrival bees are also attacking residents of the city, specifically robots, and sapping them of their energy. It's revealed later in the episode that Honeys caretaker controls the bees to try to keep Honey running. At the end of the day, Honeys caretaker recognizes what he's doing is wrong, and sadly decides to let Honey run out of energy. Jetter Mars doesn't agree at first, but then he also recognizes the issues with keeping Honey running. It'd take far too much energy to keep her going.
