Story[]
The Mad Mask is said to be "The Greatest Robot in the World" which is why Dr. Yamanoue has Jetter Mars fight Mad Mask to prove that Mars is the ultimate war machine, though Dr. Yamanoue does seem worried Mars might lose. Mars wins, however, but only because he accidentally hurt his friend Kuru, and in the Mad Mask's words: became "not hostile". He later ordered a rematch, holding Kuru hostage; coincidentally right as the ice that froze the Lava by the dam was melting. Mad Mask ends up Sacrificing himself to hold the dam up, causing Mars to cry.
